1. Do you create your own products?

All of our designs are created by our in-house artist, Serena Mae.  All of the designs are trademarked and copyrighted and exclusively available through Pluto Creations.  On the manufacturing side, we work with several manufacturing partners depending on the product and quality to create products with our designs.


2. Do you carry a certain stock of your products?

For most items, we do not keep a standing inventory of our products.  All of our products are made to order by our manufacturing partners and the availability varies based on the specific product and its demand.  Some items are available immediately (may be announced on front page).


3. How long is your fulfillment and shipping time?

Many of our products are made to order.  As such, it may take 2-7 business days on average to fulfill apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, dresses, etc.) and 2-5 business days to fulfill non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.). More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. Bulk / large orders may take slightly longer than average.

Shipping time varies based on the destination.  We partner with manufacturers around the world to create our products. Most destinations average about 4 days for shipping.  Following are general shipping times on average for the specified destinations:

Continental U.S. - 4 to 5 Business Days

Canada - 6 to 10 Business Days

Central and South America - 8 - 14 Business Days

Western Europe - 2 to 7 Business Days

Eastern Europe - 6 to 10 Business Days

Russia - 8 to 12 Business Days

China - 8 to 12 Business Days

Rest of Asia - 6 to 10 Business Days

Africa - 8 to 14 Business Days

Australia & New Zealand - 12 to 14 Days

Listed above are general shipping times as promised by our shipping companies.  However, in our experience the shipping time is usually much faster than stated above. 

4. Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, all of our shipping methods have tracking included.  Once the order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with the tracking number included in the email.  Please, note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.


5. Do you offer free shipping?

In order to provide our customers with the best product prices, we offer free shipping above a total order of $30 for the continental U.S.  

For other locations, since we sell our products globally, we keep the product price competitive and low by charging shipping separately based on the destination.  This way we can keep the product prices lower for all customers, and everyone pays shipping based on the actual cost of shipping.  The alternative is what some companies do where they build-in a general shipping cost into the product cost and increase prices for all customers regardless of where they are located.  We do not prefer this method and like the transparency in keeping the product and shipping cost separate.


6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or you have received the wrong product. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. However, we do care about our customers and their complete satisfaction.  If you have legitimate concerns about the product you have received, please reach out to us and we will try our best to accommodate you.


7. Which products are available on Amazon?

Only enamel pins and stickers are available on Amazon since the rest of the products are made-to-order.  The links to the Amazon page are on each individual product page on PlutoCreations below the purchase button.
